For the founders, teachers, as experts in their disciplines, must above all be specialists in understanding each individual child entrusted to them, able to adapt their pedagogy to each unique profile.
All our teachers are experienced, some are bilingual, and they are fully integrated into the iféa educational team, trained in the iféa pedagogy. Regular and structured opportunities for experience-sharing and consultation are in place.Teaching practices are regularly evaluated, and the most effective methods are shared with the entire educational community.
